No Bake Maca Brownies

1/3 cup Unsweetened Hot chocolate mix
1 cup Pitted Dates

1/2 cup Raw Pecans
1 tablespoon Maca Powder
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
Directions:
In a bowl, soak 1 cup of dates in water for two – 3 hours.
Strain and put the dates to the food processor.
Add 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup of pecans in food processor.
Add 1/3 cups of cocoa powder and 1 ts of Superfood. We also added a tsp of almond extract and half tbs of coconut oil to thicken the mix.
Process until a dough consistency is achieved, adding more dates if the mixture does not hold together when squeezed with your hand.
Turn mixture out into prepared baking pan. Place in freezer or fridge for 4 hrs to relax before cutting.
It’s also possible to refrigerate these brownies for a couple weeks, or you can freeze them for about Two months or maybe more. You may enjoy them for dessert or as pre- or post-workout snack.
