For several years I went through a down economy i became driven to learn that these particular things were happening if you ask me.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, that we almost overlooked Motivation and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I realize, that we is at preparation for my advancement. At that time it felt like I had been moving into hell. The perception I’d of my experience then wasn’t great, I had been more tightly focused within the negative, filled with fear and searching for someone as well responsible and be responsible.
Then I ran across that we wasn’t the only person experiencing a down economy, there where lots of others experiencing tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a bit dissimilar to mine, these were still being challenged to the core, which means this provided me with comfort if you know the challenging journey wasn’t just for me. Because of this understanding I started to present myself permission to come out of the victim mindset that have me within a mental prison for many years. The thing is we all have to pass through some a down economy at different periods of our lives and no-one really knows why we have to have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we should can do about it? Most of the people get stuck here, for that reason question. You know yourself that you do not can deal which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Everything you settle upon here will define the way you will follow. Lets take an illustration. Maybe you have felt like you were a victim from a circumstance? Below that mindset can be a spiralling down into negative emotions you may begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down within the dumps? This is extremely common to the majority of us, we now have areas were were adamant it is beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for individuals to really make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, when you begin to consider like this it can make you lose your power over what’s happening. This transitioning use of transformation is normally slow but definitely worth the wait.
You know that transitioning is generally a challenging time as you are taking care of releasing the old so that the new can set in. Many of us find change difficult to handle as naturally we sometimes fight against any change, because we prefer to sit and live in the things that were knowledgeable about that is otherwise referred to as the safe place. In the safe place the majority of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we should don’t realise is always that change will probably happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually ready to go with the flow instead of resisting and fighting. That you can accept the change and be in flow from it you must have an optimistic understanding of instances that you are going through.
One of the most challenging question that numerous people ask is how to stay positive? Generally were creatures of habit look for just changing another thing out of our usual pattern rather painful however it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that always brings the greatest results.
