For countless years I had challenging times i became driven to find out that these particular things were happening in my experience.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Bitesized and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I realize, i was at preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I was moving into hell. The perception I had of my experience then had not been great, I was far more concerned within the negative, packed with fear and looking for someone or something the culprit and take responsibility.

Then one day I came across i had not been the only one experiencing challenging times, there where many others experiencing tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, these were still being challenged for the core, so this provided comfort understanding that the tough journey had not been only for me. Because of this understanding I started to give myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that have me inside a mental prison for quite some time. The thing is all people have to pass through some challenging times at different periods individuals lives and nobody can tell why we have to have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we are capable of doing over it? Most of the people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself that you don’t follow simple proven steps which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

What you decide to do here will define the trail that you’re going to follow. Lets take an illustration. Have you ever felt as you were a sufferer of any circumstance? Below that mindset is often a spiralling down into negative emotions you’ll start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down within the dumps? This is common to the majority of us, we’ve got areas were we are adamant it is beyond our understanding, therefore it is easier for individuals to really make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, then when you begin to consider such as this commemorate you lose your power over what are you doing. This transitioning use of transformation is generally slow but definitely worth the wait.

Everyone knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time when you are working on releasing that old so the new can emerge. Many people find change very difficult to take care of as of course we quite often combat any change, because we prefer to sit and live in the things that we are familiar with which can be otherwise called the safe place. In the safe place the majority of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we don’t realise is change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually all set with all the flow instead of resisting and fighting. That you should accept the alteration and turn into in flow by it you’ll want a good thought of situations that you are going through.

Essentially the most challenging question that many people ask is how you can look for the positive? Generally we are creatures of habit look for just changing one thing beyond our usual pattern rather painful however it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings greatest results.
