Ramadan the Holy Month of Islam

Ramadan falls on ninth month of Islamic lunar calender. With this blessed month Muslims around the word avoid food, drink, along with other physical needs inside the daylight. Muslims believe it’s once again time to purify the soul, focus attention on God and exercise self-sacrifice.

The tongue should be restrained from unwanted gossip and backbiting. Eyes must not examine unlawful things and hand must not touch or take whatever does not belong to it. Ears mustn’t hear idle talk and obscene words. In such a way, all from the body observes the Sawm to realize purity.

Fasting is mandatory on every Muslim and starts everyday in Ramadan 2018 in the break of dawn and ends at sunset. The following exemptions are allowed as Allah will not wish to placed you to difficulties :

1.the insane;
2.Small children who aren’t adolescent;
3.seniors and chronically ill to whom fasting is impossible;
4.pregnant women can postpone the fasting later;
5.travelers can also defer their fasting.
6.fasting can be forbidden for women throughout menstruation and should consist later.

Tips to make Ramadan a unique one :

1. Stay in touch one or more times a week with the fam, friends or with the loved ones and share three Ramadan-related things you’ve done within the last ten days of Ramadan. Also be sure to send Ramadan e-cards to all or any your mates and loved ones.
2. Help your family members or friends when they are facing any issue in their life, keep a wide open heart to other people. Don’t miss any small opportunities for gaining blessings.

3. Decorate your home with Ramadan balloons, banners and streamers and boost the environment.
