No Bake Maca Brownies
If you’re craving for a chocolate dessert or snack, make this happen no-bake vegan chocolate maca brownies. These gluten-free goodies are rich and fudge-like, plus they taste better still when you store them in fridge. As well as, this recipe has a nice dose of maca powder, which not only lends its malty flavor, but its energy-boosting benefits. No cooking is necessary with this maca brownies and it’ll not lose every one of the superfood’s benefits.
Maca or the maca root is a member of the cruciferous family with broccoli and cabbage. Maca can be a safe, yet potent superfood. The maca root benefits add a positive relation to hormones, levels of energy, booster of stamina, improved focus and memory.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 cup Pitted Dates
1/2 cup Raw Walnuts
1/2 cup Raw Pecans
1 tablespoon Maca Powder
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
Directions:
In a bowl, soak 1 cup of dates in water for two main – Three hours.
Strain and place the dates to the blender.
Add 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup of pecans in food processor.
Add 1/3 servings of cocoa powder and 1 ts of vegan protein bars. We added a tsp of almond extract and half tbs of coconut oil to thicken a combination.
Process until a dough consistency is achieved, adding more dates if your mixture won’t hold together when squeezed with your hand.
Turn mixture out into prepared baking pan. Put in place freezer or fridge for 4 hrs to chill before cutting.
You may also refrigerate these brownies for some weeks, or freeze them for up to 2 months or maybe more. You may enjoy them for dessert or as pre- or post-workout snack.
