Having a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to make a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An experienced professional in creating sculptors out of metal scrap, whenever a client approached Nishant to create one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby little girl can be an solution to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came being an possiblity to express the love on the higher power.

The thick sized, heavy automobile parts needed to be handpicked so they could easily fit into like a jigsaw puzzle. The most challenging and challenging part was the process of hammering and bending several to obtain the desire form of one’s body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors combined with the challenge of executing the work in the deadline, which however we managed to accomplish.
A 6 feet tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it really is made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly 10 to 15 mm in depth which are bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a complete metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been manufactured from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts in order to mention a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also created from gears, nuts, bolts and also which has a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created beyond automobile scrap for his client, another problem for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
