Life Lessons – The trick of Positive Perception
For quite some time I went through difficult times and I became driven to discover these particular things were happening in my experience.
This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, that we almost overlooked Motivation and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I understand, that we was at preparation in my advancement. At that time it felt like I became living in hell. The perception I had of my experience then has not been great, I became focused from the negative, filled with fear and searching for an individual something like that the culprit and take responsibility.
Then one day I ran across that we has not been on your own under-going difficult times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, they were still being challenged on the core, which means this provided comfort if you know the cruel journey has not been simply for me. Because of this understanding I started to provide myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which had me in a mental prison for many years. The thing is that we all have to undergo some difficult times at different periods in our lives and nobody can tell why we need to have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves that which you can do about it? A lot of people get stuck here, because of this question. You know yourself you do not know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
Whatever you settle upon here will define the road that you’re going to follow. Lets take an illustration. Have you felt just like you were a victim from a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is really a spiralling down into negative emotions you will begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down from the dumps? This is very usual to the majority of us, we’ve areas were were adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it is easier for all of us to really make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, so when you begin to consider like this celebrate you lose your control of what are you doing. Once you get for the reason that state of mind or belief it’s very hard to come out of it, you’ll need something far more powerful state of mind so that you can be free.
Now many are asleep, so that they must get up off their slumber. When you find yourself get up something changes, you then become alert to the way you have already been playing small , have grown to be a victim. When you’re alert to this you open a door to your perception to alter. The journey to be positive starts here which experience is exactly what I call a shift in to a new way of thinking. This transitioning period of transformation is usually slow but worth the wait.
You know that transitioning can be quite a challenging time as you are implementing letting go of that old so your new can emerge. Most of us find change difficult to handle as by nature we often combat any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in the things which were knowledgeable about which is otherwise called the comfortable zone. From the comfortable zone the majority of us we dwell there for too long periods, that which you don’t realise is always that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually fine with the flow rather than resisting and fighting. For you to accept the alteration and become in flow with it you need to have a confident perception of instances that you’re going through.
Essentially the most challenging question a large number of people ask is how you can make sure? Generally were creatures of habit we find just changing another thing beyond our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience very often brings the greatest results.
