Alpine Sky Golden Retrievers is a small family-oriented breeder situated in Raleigh, NC. Our fascination with English Cream Golden Retrievers began by having an earnest find a great dog. We needed your pet dog that was kid-friendly and trainable, with a calm, gentle temperament and we all began trying to find breeds that had characteristics suitable for our lifestyle.

Because we enjoy hiking, lake and beach time, we wanted a dog that loved water and employ. It has also been key that the dog ‘t be a barker because we work at home. After much research, we chose the English Cream Golden Retrievers, that was an ideal fit for all of us.

We looked for months for the quality male from a responsible small family breeder, lastly found him. In 2008, we fell completely in love with our first boy, Kozmo, along with his gentle, sweet nature and happy go lucky attitude. He loves everyone, especially children, so we were immediately obsessed with the breed. We added Holly to our family and, in 2014, our extended dog family started to form with this first litter gonna carefully selected friends and neighbors.

After witnessing the enrichment of countless lives, we were motivated to continue sharing our special dogs with increased families as well as the broader community.

Leveraging their gentle and sweet temperaments, we began certifying a lot of our own dogs as Therapy Dogs. It’s been a rewarding experience for your family, the dogs, along with the individuals getting the comfort and joy our dogs give everyone.

We continue our give attention to dogs best-suited being loving loved ones and hopefully future therapy dogs.
