With a lot of new materials and production methods invented from the mid-20th century, a barrage of recent frame styles soon followed suit and big round frames found they’d slipped off of the stylistic radar. And it’s the fact that this classic style can still produce a picture of refined, studious authority that’s meant big round framed specs haven’t strayed much from the frame style peripheral. It’s why they’ve been the choice of thinkers and visionaries alike. Above all, though, it’s why the frame style is originating back a huge way almost one hundred years after its first foray on the frontlines of fashion.

Big Rounded lenses are one of the few true timeless classic; Some fashion history that could still pull weight today. As frames, they’re a great rounder. They search top-notch small and wirey, or massive and chunky. They could complete a peek which has a stamp of intellectualism, or they are able to invoke feeling of care-free psychedelia. Whilst they’re not always ideal for rounder faces, they do a good job of suiting most face shape.
