The moment should the amazing wedding speech be delivered…?

How weddings have changed over the decades! From the handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight bridal party members; a fairly easy wedding car to expensive and huge wedding cars; three course meals to 6 course meals; 1 to 3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

These are the second, wedding speeches are nevertheless a fundamental part of a wedding and guests do enjoy hearing them, referring to them before, during and even after they’ve been delivered.

We have all heard of groom speech delivered ahead of the meal, throughout the meal and after your food, yet it is of an strong opinion the wedding speeches needs to be delivered following your meal. I am aware that for a lot of wedding party speakers i.e. Father with the Bride Speech, Father with the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (the 5 main speakers), they might would rather possess the wedding speeches before the meal, to enable them to enjoy their meal (a number of them are spending money for it!). However, all is here the invited guests and how most of them (as wll as the marriage venue staff) would prefer the wedding speeches to be delivered as soon as the meal for a lot of reasons, many of which include:

The invited guests are already fed and watered and are not listening to wedding speeches on an empty stomach (at least of food, which will be prior to meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival on the wedding venue)
Food might be cooked and served on the agreed time (introduce the marriage speeches prior to meal as well as their could be a delay of Quarter-hour to 1.5 hours, driving your home staff crazy always keeping food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The marriage speeches become the transition from your meal for the dancing (broke and alone happening as soon as the meal, people are expecting ‘a few words’ to get shared concerning the Bride & Groom and they know they are able to get up, move, come out, go for a walk, go to the bar…)
It can be hard for parents of the Bride & Groom to speak in public areas, as the majority of them may not be used than it. So, they could, whenever they so wished, speak before the / their meal.

There should be some kind of formal wedding speech(es) after the meal…
